a young malaysian attended to me as he is the only one still in the shop at 7pm. told him my requirements and generally no comments from him except that at times he will like to push his ideas through too hard, probably trying to ease his work by "cut and paste" similar work from existing customers who are living in the same block as mine. the package price is pretty attractive, at $12,900, i'll get free gifts such as system-3 aircon, cooker hibs, hoods, stainless steel sink, stainless steel tap and 3-door fridge, which i estimated to be worth $3000. i'll minus $3000 from this price and see how it fares when compared to other contractors..


2nd stop: g'plan design pte ltd
person-in-charge: alan

an uncle in his late 40s. friendly but no much recommendations/suggestions from him as he seems to be more interested to take down my requirements rather than giving me more ideas. perhaps its to prevent people from getting his ideas yet don't wana sign up the package with him. anyway shall see how.


3rd stop: the line living pte ltd
person-in-charge: brian

another malaysian in his early 30s. very very detailed guy who asked me many many questions of what i need for this place, that place. first person whom i find that is really very sincere about the deal as he took down a whole A4 list of my requirements and my preferences. also he is the first guy to ask me whats my budget so that "he can work towards it". good i'll say.. anticipating his works soon as he told me that he will prepare some 2D drawings as well~ =))
