fried udon in oriental style~

i know the title sounds funny since udon IS already an oriental delicacy.. but never mind..

ok.. i think our idea came about in one of the cookbooks we browsed in the bookstore and it just looked so yummy! after hunting for over an hour in giant and cold storage, we finally managed to get the fried style udon, but in fact we found out later that the sauce inside the udon is just normal soya sauce! =((

anyway here are the ingredients...

to make it truely oriental style, dear added in my new favourite taising sambal chilli sauce! wah seh... added in this really no fight liao!

super delicious i'll say!


of coz not forgetting the yummy cheese toufu!


a simple yet hearty meal which was prepared in 30mins! we are certainly getting better each time!
