japanese cruisine: katsu-don!

today's dinner is one of the fastest me and dear have ever prepared.. everything from preparation of ingredients to the final touches was done in less than an hour!

haha.. guess we are getting really good at cooking as a team as we all know exactly what to do without any overlapping of tasks! the best part is we didn't even discuss who shall do what!

guess thats what i call perfect team work =)


its really simple... just some simple cutting of meat and beating of eggs...


and here we have our katsu-don!

i should have listened to dear that we need to recook the meat with the eggs.. and it will be just purrrrrfect!
