both sites are within a stone's throw of buangkok mrt! furthermore, the flats will be ready by may 2009 or even earlier as 2 blocks of the 10 over blocks have almost completed the exterior furnishes.
after surveying the actual site for more than 2 hours, we have narrowed down further to the top 10 choices!
we have done our homework, so now everything boils down to the queue number we will be getting... i wonder what are my chances considering that there are a total of 700+ flats available this time round with close to 4000 applicants...
anyway results will be released in a week's time..
