our 1st honeymoon =)

our taipei trip from 30/12/06 to 3/1/07.... =)


30/12:

prior to our flight..

onboard jetstar 3k521.. still looking fresh after 3 hrs of flying =)

touchdown taoyuan airport at 6pm after a 4.5hrs flight.. can feel the chill already in the airport..

reach the hostel at 730pm, do the necessary check-in registration and head to 士林夜市 which is just 10mins walk away from the hostel! aweeee~

first thing whack the famous 豪大碳烤鸡排! suupppper BIG! nice!

next in line is the 臭豆腐！sedap! soooo much nicer than the ones i ate in singapore. u know eat liao hor the smelly smell of the tofu can last in the mouth till swallow it!

not forgetting the 蚝仔煎.. so many oysters for only S$2!!



also tried the authentic 泡泡茶！almost the same in singapore but the pearls are very small, very easy to suck them from the cup =)

still got a cup of strawberries with condensed milk, 士林水煎包, ....

there is this interesting roadside stall where its very crowded and filled with people in this weird position with a candle thingy sticking out of their ear..



its said that this thingy can remove the ear wax effectively.. dunno how true or not..


after a hearty meal, its time for shopping at the ever famous 士林夜市! its something like the pasar malam in singapore but very much more interesting...

after numerous attempts to take a nice pic of us and the signboard of 士林

walk till 2am before heading back to the hostel for a good night rest =) yes.. their night market open till about 3am..

thought of giving you a little surprise on our 1st honeymoon, so i sneakily went back to the room to decorate our bed with these rose petals.. and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise~ heehee~



i love to give you surprises, especially when you "wow" with that blissful look on our face~ really melts my heart~
