our renovator: GPlan

after much consideration, i've finally decided to give the renovation contract to GPlan.

the reasons are simple:

1. person-in-charge mr alan yeo is very responsive from day one. after my first meet up with him, the quotation was ready within 3 days! whenever i have any enquiry either by email or sms, he will respond almost immediate. this leaves me a very good impression of his working style: someone whom i can trust on.
2. price is reasonable and within my budget. my whole package is $16k and alan is not pushy to add more carpentry work to my list and burst my budget. he offers his advice and commented that some options are just for show and basically "useless" so don't waste money. my requirements are very simple and just hope that everything goes on smoothly as planned. he is confident that the house can be handed over by end of may. we shall see.

he mentioned that the 2D drawings will be ready by next tue when we collect keys! yeah! will also be selecting the tiles on the same day! =))
