initially shortlisted LG, samsung, sharp and hitachi. after much comparing in terms of specifications, looks, etc, we still stick on to this as our favorite LCD tv. best denki is offering it at a discount without all the free gifts + 3 yrs warrenty.. why not? =))

love the design of this fan! the LCD display is very nice and best of all this set comes with 8 speed control i think. the best companion for us on a hot afternoon!
samsung dvd player P-181 free!
complimentary from our purchase of the samsung washing machine earlier. very basic functions w/o hdmi, blah blah blah.. (dun know if it comes with remote control or not.. =X) but its free so nothing to complain about. anyway how often do you use a dvd player huh?
