met up with brian (the line living) and as i mentioned earlier, i'm anticipating some good designs from him. sadly speaking, i only get to see the floor plan layout and nothing else. didn't he promised me the 2D drawings and so on? where are they? pretty disappointed also that he burst my budget by $3000 as he also promised to design something which can meet my budget. really dunno what he is doing. anyway his quotation for general renovation works is pretty reasonable but the carpentry works is too much for me to accept. lay and supply of homogeneous tiles he quoted $2300 but its only $1800 in average. the shoe cabinet + wall feature for household shelter is another killer. his quote is $2300 whereas others can do it at $1900. TV feature wall and console is almost $800 more than others.. all these add up to additional $2k more than others.. really abit hard to accept leh..
most likely i'll go for GPlan liao...
