we were early at HDB hub this morning although out appointment is 9am. to our surprise, the Q number starts at 00052, and this implies that we will surely get a flat of our choice!! yeah!

after much consideration on #38-03 or #38-07, we finally decided on the latter as its not under the direct sun from the west as 'hinted' by the customer service officer, and the bird's eye view of AMK, bishan and further certainly is mesmerizing! i swear the evening view when i came reece yesterday was even better!

additional good point after we decided on the flat, ie the door is facing south and the back at north. this combination seems to be so-called good fengshui according to many people. =)) dear's dad even came over after our selection to catch the first glimpse of our new flat! haha!
