katong laksa (literally!)

motivated by our prior success in thai green curry, dear and i embarked on our next ambitious local delight - laksa!

so we got the necessary ingredients and curry paste..



guess we started cooking rather late today, we weren't even cooking when her mum came home, and she got over excited and over helpful that dear is abit pissed off as her mum basically took over all the cooking!

well... o.O

anyway here is the end result..



it taste pretty ok thou.. will improve on our next attempt! =)
