today's recipe is ... japanese curry rice!

its mayday and i suddenly have the thought of cooking after our visit to the pasir ris pet farm to stock up on precious's food and toy stuffs. as its quite late so we have decided on something simple and easy to cook: japanese curry rice!

so we went to shing song to get the ingredients and the curry paste..


carrots, potatoes, chicken, onions, curry paste..

today my role is basically peeling off the skins of the vegetables and cutting the chicken fillet into cubes while dear is responsible for cooking.. the whole process just seems so seamless as we simply work so well together =)


dear is camera shy again...

after an hour's of hard work, here we are.. the japanese curry rice!


it looks like the real thing rite?

even dear's mum say its delicious! =P
