its the 2nd day in a row i'm spending time with dear in sgh as her grandma's condition seems to deterioate.. really breaks my heart to see dear dear so sad.. and its also the very first time i see her cry.. just feel so useless of me that i cannot do anything to help.. =( guess the most i can do is to be by dear's side whenever she needs me..
although the doctor is not optimistic about her grandma's condition, it seems that her strong will has pulled her thru so far..
