cancel of trip...

to be honest, i will still go to korea if you had not highlight to me about your concerns. i feel that the distance is still far away to have any major issue.

since you are not comfortable going to korea at this time, worrying that the radiation from the nuclear plant will affect us and our baby making plans, then we shall cancel the trip. no point going since you are fearful. $300 wasted for cancellation but no choice.

lets see where we can go next time..

will our trip be affected?

japan had a 8.9 magnitude earthquake. worst thing is that the nuclear plant was affected.

will korea be affected? should not be right as its so far away....

we are going korea!

yeah, we are finally going overseas after more than a year! secured tour package from Kang Tai travel agency at about S$1600/pax =)

korea here we come from 31/03/2011 to 08/04/2011!

JB trip

just when we thought that we will not be coming to JB so soon, we are wrong. haha! it took us 1.5 hrs again from home to JB city square.

our first stop is kim gary hong kong cafe for our brunch. its only now then i realise that this restaurant seems to have its origin from malaysia and spread its wings to singapore. as dear cannot decide what to eat, i ordered some snacks from its overshelming menu:


peanut butter with condensed milk toast


red bean ice


cheese sausage


pork burger in macau style


cheese baked chicken wings

after our sumptous meal, its shopping time! as our clock just spoilt and there is uncertainty about its future, we did saw a few clocks that are unique and nice. perhaps we will get from there if the current one cannot be repaired. price at about RM188 =)

anyway it seems that we don't have the luck for clothes today. dear saw one white tee which she likes but its abit torn. i also saw one short sleeve shirt but its also torn at some areas. worst thing is both are last piece! =(

hope that we can get some nice clothes on our next trip there =)

KKH checkup

as advised by the doctor, we will need to undergo some tests to see if our bodies are ok.. hope that everything is fine..

polyclinic checkup

we got a referral letter to KKH for further body checkup..

i dunno why there is a need to make appointment when we still have to wait about 1.5 hrs before our consultation. furthermore the consultation is messy as i need to go in and out of the rooms.

dun have a good feeling about him as i feel that its all a scam. first the referral by the chinese sinsei is a scam. next we have to do so many tests which will add up to $800+ even before any treatment is done, and i am very sure he will say something is not right even if everything is ok.

actually doctors are the best salesman because who will doubt what they say right?
